China BMW Rider Blog: A Brush with the Military

Hello.

I was out in my F800GS for a late afternoon cruise by some new construction along Shanghai's south bund. I was trying to stay focused on some of the old buildings being destroyed, along with the new construction. But then all of a sudden I was riding past a military base and soldiers where out on the street running and doing pushups. An odd moment.
